Reconciliation

Dear Friends,

I’m writing this letter the first of January 2006 to let you know what a wonderful year 2005 was. First of all the weekly meetings at the Livestock Market in Templeton are going very well. We have seen healing, deliverance and freedom obtained by many. Second, the collegiate rodeo ministry is also booming. I’ve seen the students taking an active role in their relationship with God through His Son and sharing that relationship with others. Thirdly the work at home on the arena has progressed to the point that it can be used and the weekend after Thanksgiving we had a two-day school the subject matter was the fundamentals of Christianity and the fundamentals of bareback and saddle bronc riding. All in all this past year has been great! Opportunity to minister is growing along with my own relationship with the Father.

Luke 4:18 SAYS, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight of the blind to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

The Good News is that through faith in our Savior and Lord, Jesus the Christ, we are healed, delivered and set free. We are not under the law of sin and death, but under the law of the Spirit of life. (Romans 8:2) God’s ministry is a ministry of reconciliation (2Cor. 5:18). Webster’s dictionary says to reconcile is to, anew, to restore to union and friendship after estrangement. Remember this, if you feel alone, depressed, sick, broke or broken, know that you have been reconciled to God the Father, through His Son Jesus. Know that there is nothing that can separate you from His love (Rom. 8:37-39). Make His reconciliation real to you...Pursue & Persevere! Proclaim your relationship with the Father, the creator of everything seen and unseen. He loves you!!!!

May you grow in knowledge and wisdom of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Mike
